Better than anti-aging cream

Calorie restirction is a diet of eating about 30% less calories per day than normal. The technique has been shown in various animal models to be effective in helping to delay aging and its symptoms. We've talked about calorie restriction back in May, and today the NY Times has a great article about the latest research in the area. Check it out.
